Frequently Asked Questions

Are appointments required?
No, walk-ins are welcome! However, appointments are strongly encouraged, especially during busy weekends and the days leading up to Christmas.
How early should we arrive?
We recommend arriving about 5 - 10 minutes before your scheduled time so everyone has a chance to get ready for their visit with Santa.
Can the whole family be in the photo?
Absolutely! Parents, grandparents, siblings, and other family members are welcome to join Santa for a photo. Remember, though, sessions do a maximum limit and session time is limited.
What if my child is nervous or afraid of Santa?
That’s completely normal! There’s no pressure to sit on Santa’s lap. Our team will do their best to make the experience comfortable and can often capture a great photo with parents or siblings joining in.
What if my child is sick?
If your child isn’t feeling well, we kindly ask that you postpone your visit until they’re feeling better. If you have an appointment, you can reschedule for another available time.
What if we’re running late?
We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but during busy periods you may need to wait for the next available opening.
Can I change or reschedule my appointment?
Yes! Appointments can be changed or rescheduled based on availability.
Are pets allowed in Santa photos?
Pet policies vary by location, so please check your location’s details before bringing your furry family members.
